Mary Jayne Karimi is a Houston-based real estate professional, interior designer, developer and mom with more than 15 years of experience across real estate, finance, sales, design and construction. With an MBA in Finance and Investment, she brings a disciplined understanding of budgets, negotiations and protecting each client’s investment.

After purchasing land and managing the design and construction of her own custom home, Mary Jayne found her path—and saw firsthand what needed to change about the building experience. She founded MK2 Development Group to unite distinctive design, financial discipline and hands-on leadership while providing the clearer communication and stronger organization homeowners deserve.
